The Ministry Map, which defines the direction and goals that we (the members of Faith Lutheran Church & Preschool - FLCP) will be focusing on over the next several years. This Ministry Map is the result of a team effort of nearly 100 members of the congregation (including the Council & Board of Elders), as well as the Called staff and office staff here at FLCP. It was presented to the congregation at a Town Hall Meeting on Saturday, November 4, 2023 (you can watch here).
There will be a special voter’s meeting to adopt the Ministry Map on December 10, 2023, in between the two services (during the Sunday school hour).
This Ministry Map provides us with a blueprint for how the members of Faith can intentionally “Embrace Our Community and Connect as Christ’s Family” to Collierville and the surrounding community and share the Gospel with those who are lost. This also provides all members of FLCP to be involved in this effort, in fulfillment of our Lord and Savior’s command to “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen” (Matthew 28:19-20). I pray that you will thoughtfully consider how you may best assist us of in fulfilling His desire.
